Report a concern about our Code of Conduct
Respectful and reliable conduct matters to us. If you have information about a breach of our Code of Conduct, you can share it through our reporting form.

Submit a report
Describe what happened and when it happened. Include the department involved if you know it. You can attach documents that help explain the incident.
You decide whether to provide your name and contact details. You can submit a report without them. If you do not want to identify yourself, also check your description and attachments for personal information.
Confidentiality and feedback
We take every report seriously, treat reports confidentially and protect people who report concerns from disadvantages.
The form lets you request feedback. We need a way to contact you for this. Without contact details, we cannot ask you follow-up questions or respond to you personally.
The form and your data
The reporting form is provided by Notion. We use Notion and Microsoft 365 to process reports. Opening the form takes you to an external website.
