Digital & AI Transformation TeamKeep digital initiatives moving

A dedicated core team connects planning, prioritisation and implementation. Together, we bring your initiatives into one roadmap and regularly review progress and impact.

How do we keep digitalisation and AI moving when internal capacity, coordination or delivery expertise is missing?

The Digital & AI Transformation Team is a dedicated core team for digital planning, implementation and management. Together, we bring initiatives into one roadmap and a prioritised backlog, deliver them continuously and review progress and impact every quarter.

What changes afterwards

A shared roadmap brings separate wish lists together.

A dedicated core team retains context and decisions.

Quarterly goals connect priorities, budget and impact.

Planning and delivery follow one working model.

Does this sound familiar?

How do we put several digital initiatives into a practical sequence?

A roadmap and backlog make dependencies, effort and expected impact part of a shared decision.

How do we keep delivery moving when internal capacity and coordination are missing?

A dedicated core team takes responsibility for planning, implementation and progress reviews.

How do we prevent knowledge from being lost between projects?

The shared working model preserves business and technical context across initiatives.

From an initiative to continuous delivery

Four recurring steps connect business priorities with technical implementation and measurable impact.

01

Organise initiatives

Before
Ideas and requirements are kept in separate departments and project lists.
After
A shared roadmap shows value, effort, dependencies and sequence.
02

Plan the quarter

Before
Priorities shift between daily operations, coordination and individual projects.
After
Quarterly goals and a prioritised backlog give the core team a clear framework.
03

Deliver together

Before
New participants need to learn the processes, systems and decisions again for each initiative.
After
A dedicated core team delivers initiatives step by step while retaining context.
04

Review impact

Before
Progress is described through completed tasks, while impact is hard to compare.
After
Regular reviews show progress, budget and business impact as a basis for the next planning cycle.

Your contribution

An internal contact prioritises initiatives with us. Business specialists and IT contribute goals, decisions and access to the relevant systems.

You do not need a finished digital strategy.

When the Transformation Team fits

A good fit when

several digital initiatives need to be prioritised and delivered together.
a dedicated team should retain business and technical context over time.
roadmaps, delivery and impact reviews currently operate separately.

Less suitable when

you only need short-term developer capacity without shared coordination.
priorities and responsibilities cannot be agreed together.
no internal contact is available for business decisions.

The starting point

Regional planning methods and files made it harder for Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing to work together. Analysis required separate preparation.

Our contribution

We reviewed planning processes at the sites, structured methods and calculation approaches together, and developed the platform step by step with the business team and group IT.

Impact

Today, the participating business teams work on one platform worldwide. Further units and use cases have been added to the shared system since 2010.

Before

Regional files, differing planning methods and analysis that required preparation time.

After

A shared platform that grows as further units and use cases join.

Let’s put your digital initiatives into a shared sequence and keep delivery moving
