Make digital value creation a lasting capability
We help businesses plan, implement and continuously manage digital and AI-driven value creation.
Reduce the rework in your operations
Your team knows how to do the work. Yet questions, duplicate entries and waiting for approvals take up time. We connect workflows and systems so work can move forward reliably.
DigiCheck: find out what really creates value
The DigiCheck is a compact analysis of processes, data and systems that gives you a clear basis for decisions, beyond general advice.
Where would digitalisation, better data or new systems create the most value for us?
Opportunities, quick wins and next steps for creating digital value.
Paths to a digital future. With support from esveo
After the initial assessment, the next step is either ongoing transformation or establishing a reliable data foundation. Both draw on the same components.
Digital & AI Transformation Team
„How do we keep digitalisation and AI moving when internal capacity, coordination or delivery expertise is missing?“
Your team for continuous digital planning, delivery and management with AI support.
Data Foundation for AI & Digitalisation
„How do we create a shared data and integration foundation for reliable decisions, digital solutions and productive AI?“
Data, metrics and system access as a foundation for analytics, digitalisation and AI.
Do these challenges sound familiar?

Arrange a conversationFrequently asked questions
Do we need a digital strategy already?
No. Assessing goals and opportunities is part of working together. The DigiCheck and Digital Value Roadmap establish this foundation.
How does the Transformation Team differ from a traditional development retainer?
A retainer provides capacity. The Transformation Team combines strategic direction, a roadmap, design, delivery and impact reviews in one model, managed through a shared backlog and quarterly goals.
Is the team suitable for individual initiatives too?
Yes, starting with a specific initiative is common. The main value comes from the ongoing cycle, which is why we work with a minimum term of six or twelve months.
How does the monthly collaboration model work?
It combines a monthly base package with a dedicated core team or capacity allowance, a jointly prioritised backlog and a quarterly planning and review cycle. We add delivery packages for larger initiatives.
What does the data foundation include?
It covers everything needed to make data usable: source system integration, data models and metric definitions, data quality, APIs and access concepts, through to knowledge bases, RAG and tool interfaces for AI.
Do we need a data warehouse?
Not necessarily. The architecture follows your requirements. Sometimes a lightweight integration layer is enough; sometimes a data warehouse with data marts is the right core.
How do the data foundation and AI Data Readiness relate?
AI Data Readiness is a specialised component of the data foundation. The same foundation that supports reporting and applications also makes AI Workflows & Agents usable in production.
Can esveo work alongside existing internal teams?
Yes. We work with a shared backlog, clear interfaces and deliberate knowledge transfer. We integrate existing systems and service providers rather than replacing them.
Can we start working together with a DigiCheck?
Yes, that is the recommended starting point. Its results feed directly into the roadmap or the development of the data foundation.
How soon will we have a first usable result?
Quick wins from the DigiCheck can often be implemented within the first few weeks. The first quarterly cycle delivers results that can be used in everyday work at the latest.
How are priorities, progress and impact managed?
Through a jointly prioritised backlog, quarterly goals and regular reviews of progress, budget and impact, with transparency for departments, IT and management.
