Your role

At esveo, you combine full-stack development with an understanding of the business. Together with our clients and your team, you shape concepts, architecture and implementation. You work across frontend and backend, using AI tools whose output you verify through tests and reviews.

Your responsibilities

  • You understand our clients’ processes, data and systems, and derive software requirements from them.
  • You develop frontend, backend, data models and APIs, bringing them together into working applications.
  • You contribute to solution concepts, prototypes and architecture decisions, and explain technical trade-offs.
  • You use agentic coding tools systematically and verify their output through tests and reviews.
  • You integrate applications, automation and AI components with existing systems.
  • You follow your software through to production and take responsibility for quality and maintainability.

What you bring

  • You have several years of experience developing complex software or delivering technical projects or products with substantial hands-on implementation.
  • You have strong programming skills and understand software architecture, APIs, data models and testing.
  • You have experience with professional technology stacks such as TypeScript and Node.js, C# and .NET, or comparable typed languages and platforms.
  • You understand business contexts and can discuss requirements and possible solutions with clients.
  • You also use AI tools for analysis, specifications, testing and review, and assess the quality of their output.
  • You work independently, communicate directly and highlight risks and dependencies early.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken German and English.
